We'll verify your identity by email and/or phone, then prepare a copy of the data we hold for you and send you a link to download it. This usually takes a few minutes.
How this works
This data was collected through your interaction with an event using Event Relay.
We process requests based on the phone number provided and can only return or delete data associated with that number.
Delivery
If an email is provided, your data will be delivered via email. Otherwise, access instructions will be sent via SMS.
Timing
Requests are typically processed quickly, but may take up to 45 days as required by law.
If deletion is requested, your data will be deleted after your export is delivered and may take up to 24 hours to complete.
